I perked up a bit when one of the doctors focused on the fibro pain said to expect a ratio of about three days to one. Then she said it’s three bad days to each good one. So much for for that.
11:00 PM: Not sleepy yet.
12:00 AM: Not sleepy yet but I really need to rest. Read, relax, just get away from the computer to something less stimulating.
1:00 AM: A little tired. I should move toward bed.
2:00 AM: Why am I awake?
3:00 AM: Why am I still awake? It’s going to be one of those nights.
4:00 AM: I’m dreading tomorrow. I’m going to have little sleep, which means I’ll feel even worse than I do now.
8:00 AM: I must have fallen asleep finally. Damn, I hurt. Maybe I can sleep some more if I take a pain pill.
10:00 AM: I can’t believe I slept this late.
